Guaranteed supply and liberated overseas orders, and the production system accelerated

Since the beginning of this year, FAWDE Company has continued to expand overseas, and export market orders have continued to rise. The Powertrain Division takes multiple measures and provides precise services to support the implementation of the liberation overseas strategy. The production system is full of energy, fighting for every order and fully meeting the needs of FAWDE's overseas orders.

In mid-April, the demand for M series, 4DH, 6DK, and other engines in FAWDE's overseas markets increased rapidly. Li Yuxiao, deputy general manager of the business unit, convened the manufacturing logistics department, Xichai factory, Dachai factory, purchasing department, marketing department, and human resources department. Other departments held special meetings on export machinery guarantee and supply on April 18 and 29.

Li Yuxiao conveyed the situation of the liberation of overseas markets, deployed the current production plan requirements, and emphasized the need to meet the liberation's full needs in accordance with the principle of "efficiency and punctuality."

The meeting made it clear that on the basis of using full production capacity and building inventory in April, we will not increase personnel and open more production lines and shifts in May. At the same time, the human resources department, purchasing department, and other departments immediately prepared personnel incentive policies and parts resources during the high-production period.

The market is the order, and ensuring supply is the responsibility. All departments responded to the order and started an efficient production operation mode in full swing.

The manufacturing and logistics department arranges the entire process of machining, assembly, production, and transportation to ensure that the engine is delivered on time.

Considering the risk of road transportation congestion during the May Day holiday, the Manufacturing Logistics Department arranged dedicated personnel to track the information of logistics transport vehicles every day and promptly reported the itinerary to the DingTalk group to ensure that the installation plan for the Liberation Holiday was met.

Xichai Factory and Dachai Factory have formulated export engine production and supply guarantee plans, established emergency response teams, and jointly coordinated various production and guarantee work.

At the same time, according to the production capacity layout based on the demand for export machines, the Xichai factory focused on breaking through the bottleneck of hot test capabilities, carefully arranging bench hot test plans. Through the deployment of personnel, on the basis of the Huishan base operating at full capacity, an additional M in the Tangnan factory area was opened line to improve hot test capabilities simultaneously; the Dachai Factory increased production line capacity by planning two-shift production plans and extending single-shift working hours. Various powerful measures were advanced simultaneously to ensure 100% delivery of export machines with guaranteed quality and quantity.

The Procurement Department promptly identified risk resources and set up a supply guarantee follow-up team for parts in short supply such as piston rings. Based on the installation progress of the production line, dedicated personnel coordinated and tracked.

During the May Day period, relevant personnel on the procurement front maintained contact with suppliers, arranged special vehicles to ship parts, and synchronized logistics receipt and inspection to ensure production needs.

In order to ensure stable quality throughout the high-production period of the export machine, the Quality Assurance Department, while cooperating with the Xichai factory to provide quality support, actively responded to the challenge and went all out to achieve the goal of high production and high quality.

Under the guidance of the FAWDE Quality Assurance Department, the Quality Assurance Department of the Business Unit organized relevant departments to hold seminars to conduct special discussions on FAWDE's export J7 model engine orders, overseas service plans, spare parts reserve plans and quality assurance plans, and clarify the quality control requirements of each department.

Changchun Factory and Dachai Factory simultaneously formulated export bridge and engine quality assurance plans in accordance with the plans and requirements.

The 6DM assembly workshop of Xichai Factory held a special meeting on M machine quantity and J7 quality control to analyze issues in production, safety, personnel, quality, and other aspects and formulated a special plan for production organization to ensure that the complete machine is delivered on time with quality and quantity.

Since the special meeting on guaranteeing the supply of export machines, all departments have worked together to use strong production support measures and race against time to fully meet the demand for the liberation of overseas orders, providing strong support for the liberation of overseas markets and the achievement of annual goals.
